As one of our Sales Centre Consultants you'll often be the first person prospective cutomers talk to when they need our help. You'll need to be welcoming, whilst able to calmly and quickly find the best solution. For example, you could be arranging urgent mobile support for a driver whose windscreen has been damaged or someone whose home has been broken into. What you say and how you say it will leave a lasting impression with our customers so we'll give you all the encouragement, training and confidence you need to do a great job.
As one of our Sales Centre Consultants you will be based at our O'Brien® Support Office, just off the M5 in Padstow.
We can offer you a variety of shifts and hours to suit your own personal commitments.
You'll receive an hourly rate of $21.48 (from 1 January 2008), be entitled to penalties when working shifts and weekends and participate in the O'Brien® Sales Centre Performance Incentive Scheme.
We will give you all the training, encouragement and support you will need to succeed in the role. All we ask for in return, is that you have previous customer service experience and a passion and drive to deliver great service.

If you like variety then this is the role for you as no two days are ever the same in this job. As one of our mobile team of glaziers, you'll be on the road helping all sorts of people as you replace glass in homes, shops and offices - from a broken window in a home to replacing large plate glass shopfronts.
You'll be joining a team of over 200 well-respected mobile glaziers who work for Australia's number one building glass repair and replacement company.
If you genuinely enjoy helping people and would like to provide an essential service to all Australians - we'd really like to hear from you. So long as you have a glazing trade qualification or have related experience and are prepared to undertake further studies. You must also be safety conscious and have the right attitude and the drive and passion to deliver great customer service.
