Our technician training programme is the National Certificate in Automotive Reglazing (NCAR). The course is a New Zealand Qualification Authority (NZQA) accredited training qualification, providing every Smith&Smith Technician with a meaningful industry approved qualification. The rigorous NCAR training programme has been designed to ensure the highest quality of workmanship is attained.

In addition, all Smith&Smith Technicians are regularly assessed and provided with an ongoing personal development plan as part of the Belron® Way of Fitting, the only truly Global Best Practice technical training programme.
