Our Customer Contact Centre

Our Contact Centre is the first point of contact with our customers, so we make sure the environment is diverse, fun and dynamic! We're not your typical Contact Centre - there's no cold calling, selling or working unsociable hours, just purely delighting our customers.

Our Customer Service Representatives endeavour to solve people's problems efficiently and conveniently, no matter what channel their queries come through - over the phone, email, and now even Facebook messenger! Although contact centre experience is preferred, if you've got the right attitude we can teach you all the tricks of our trade. This is the perfect step if you have customer service experience and want to continue that in a Contact Centre environment!

We have multiple fixed term and permanent opportunities available! Our Contact Centre opens 7.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, and 8am-4pm Saturday and Sunday, with additional hours available over our busy summer period.
